Coming to terms with your young adult transitioning into the "real world" is frustrating and overwhelming. It often brings up feelings of fear as the parent begins to face what will happen to their child with autism after graduation. This discussion session will bring those fears to the surface and provide to parents and professionals real life success stories of young adults successfully included in their communities and how they got there.
